Did you miss me?
Ironically, almost from the second I decided to take a blogging break, it became the kind of week where my fingers were itching to type every other minute. Emotions in desperate need of being spewed. Stories begging to be told. Triumphs, failures, and ridiculous moments in need of words to describe them.
I lost 4 ½ inches. Fell in love, and had my heart broken all in the same hour. Took Tequilla shots like a champ. Sent a horrendously embarrassing text to a man from my past, which was only made all the more embarrassing by his response (or lack thereof). Spent an absurd amount of money on an internet shopping binge (before promptly returning 75% of what I bought). Made a big blogging decision, got into a car accident, and more. Much much more.
All of this in between hitting up Pilates, throwing myself into work, grabbing a few dinners out with the girls, and forcing myself into at least 7 hours of sleep a night.
It was a good week. A productive week. One I will be telling you all about very very soon.
But in the meantime (seeing as I’m running out the door to the day job now), I’ll leave you with the song that has been on repeat for me every day for the last 7 days.
